Sales agreement
We regard as this agreement has been read and accepted by the people who shops here in our internet store.
Sales: Only the people who is over 18 years and based on Turkey can take advantages of this site.
Tax: KDV (a kind of Turkish tax) is added to all products that we sell and No “Tax Free” sales accepted.
User Info: Users must enter all details about theirself in necessary field of user form.
Mistakes : We are not responsible for the mistakes which are related contents like description of goods, name of goods, price of goods, Picture of goods etc.
Pricing Policy : Pricing Policy : All products prices are determined by the store itself because of the Free Market Rules. Sticker price, Sales price and Discounted price are included by this rules.
Nobody has authority (even if they are Client, Producer, Importer or Distrubuter of these products) to force us to change the price. Except for the typo at the site.
Products In Stocks : On some kind of goods’ required quantity can not be provided because of not working with stocks. If this happens, client will be informed of this and the most suitable alternatives will be transmit. Clients are free to prefer between of alternatives.
Guarantee : Our Store and the Client should act according to warranty Conditions Page.
Refusal : Our store can accept back the goods in some kind of situation which has been stated at return Conditions Page.
Prices : All goods prices, in related dept. of store can be seen by the client clearly. So Clients can not object us about prices then.
Customer Satisfaction : we are highly focusing on Customer Satisfaction. Except for the requests which cause our monetary loss and which are not inclueded by the general trade terms; all Customer requests and complaints will be accepted by us, immediately
Security Precautions :After some security process The orders are delivered to Clients.At the same time, the store managers can ask you for additional information. These informations are taken for your safety. Clients must give mentioned information. The orders which is unconfident or seems doubtfull will not send.
Delivery : The goods will be delivered via Cargo Co. which is prefered by us, or we can deliver the goods via our own distribution channel. It is not acceptable to ask for delivery via another Cargo Co. When the parcel which is ordered is receiving should be checked if it is damaged or defective, if so shouldnt receive it. When the parcel which is ordered is receiving, We assume the parcel was delivered by the Cargo Man without damage.
